Founder Alice Zhu decide to start this company after experiencing endless amount of imported product shortages during the last two years. Many of these products are well known including shortage surgical masks, hand sanitisers, rapid covid tests etc.

So with her background in product procurement/marketing she knew that she had something important to offer. If all these products are in short supply due to sourcing import from china then she has experience and resources to help.
